Ingredients
Wheat flour 2 cups
Active dry yeast 3 tsps
Sugar 2 tsps
Salt a pinch
Oil 2 tbsps
Water 1&1/2 cup

Warm 1/2 cup of water and put it in a bowl, add sugar and mix it. Add dry yeast to it and keep it in a warm place  15 minutes for the yeast to get active.

In a new bowl, add flour, salt, activated yeast, oil and mix it. Add water to make it a dough and knead it for a while. Dust the dough with some more flour if required and knead it to the consistency of a roti dough.

Place the dough in the bowl and keep it in a warm place for at least 2 hours.

The dough will rise to its double in size. Cut the dough into small parts to use it for the pizza.Roll out each part of the dough into a pizza base and sprinkle with some flour while rolling the dough, if required.

Make sure to poke the base with fork or toothpick and bake it for 3 minutes before placing the toppings.  You can also make thin crust out of this dough.
